How to order online

Select your products
To browse through our product categories, click on the menu items at the top of each page. Other navigation and search tools are also available around the site.
Add the product to your shopping cart
When you have found the product that you'd like to purchase, add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the ADD TO CART button. The product will then be added to your shopping cart - at this stage, you may wish to continue shopping for further items or proceed to the cart or checkout. In order to view the items in your shopping cart, click on the MY CART button at the top of every page.
Continue to Checkout
When you are happy with the contents of your cart, you may continue your purchase by clicking on the VIEW CART or CHECKOUT buttons.
Complete your transaction
  • Enter your contact and address details requested in the checkout
  • Select your shipping method
  • Choose your payment method and enter any details requested
  • Submit your order and you are done.
Once completed you'll be able to print an order confirmation and you'll also receive an email confirmation of your order. SmartHome will process your order and send it as soon as possible. We will contact you should there be any delay in processing your order.
Offline purchasing options
If you'd prefer not to purchase online please telephone us on 1300 650136 to process your order. Note that you are able to order online through our website and process payment via credit card over the phone or by using bank deposit, simply select Direct Deposit as your payment method.

If you see any of our products listed on another Australian or new Zealand website or a printed price-list for a cheaper price, then we'll beat it by 10% of the difference (conditions apply, see below).
To receive the cheaper pricing, simply email us with a a link to the product and cheaper price. We'll contact you to process your order and discount. Alternatively, feel free to telephone us to discuss the matter and/or process an order over the phone.

Shipping & Delivery
Our delivery services provides secure and traceable delivery via services including Australia Post and Startrack Express. Our dispatch department will select the most economical delivery option, providing a fast delivery turnaround on in-stock items depending on your location. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 days.

International Orders
SmartHome can dispatch orders to Australia and New Zealand only. Delivery charges will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.

Try any product from SmartHome in your home for 14 days, satisfaction guaranteed. Should you have a problem or are not happy with any product purchased on our website, then please read through our online support pages before contacting our technical support department for advice. If you still cannot achieve a resolution and would like to return the product, simply email or call us within 14 days of receiving your order for details on returning the product(s). Note that SmartHome will not be responsible for return delivery charges and any original delivery charges will not be refunded. Please also ensure that product packaging and manuals are intact and undamaged to avoid a restocking charge.
Product Warranties
Products purchased from Smarthome all feature a 12-month warranty by default, however many products we stock have a longer warranty which will be detailed in the product description. We will repair or replace the product for you if it was used within any limits and ratings. Please email or call our technical department to discuss your problem and if we can't resolve it then you will be issued with a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA). Goods returned without an RMA may incur a return freight charge should they be found to have no fault.
