How We Use It
In SmartHome.com.au's office we make great use of Z~Series Appliance Controllers. In particular, we use them to cut down on our electricity bill, and to get the office ready for a day's work.
To save money we've scheduled particular appliances to turn off each night just after five; so all those things, from the coffee machine to TV screens, aren't wasting electricity while we're at home.
To get the office ready for a day's work devices are also scheduled to turn on. That ranges from the simple (foyer lights) to the imperitive (coffee machine).
To compliment this automation, we also use Z~Series' mobile solution and wireless security cameras for added control and security.
