Q: For the transmitter does it connect to an older Foxtel IQ or do I need some type of adapter?

A: It will connect to some older Foxtel boxes, have a quick check on the back to see if there is an HDMI connection, if so, this product will work perfectly.
It will work with all Foxtel IQ HD boxes.

Q: Is the power input configured for Australian use (240v) given the US uses lower voltage (110v)?

A: The Actiontec MyWirelessTV HDMI AV Sender we stock is supplied with Australian 240v power adapters, it is not a "grey market" import. A full, local Australian warranty applies. I hope this helps :)

Q: As the fetch tv stb only has only one hdmi out which is connected to the tv, how does the Actiontec Mywirelesstv connect to the stb?

A: The Actiontec Transmitter has an "HDMI Passthrough" built-in. This means you can plug the Fetch TV directly into the HDMI Input on the Transmitter and then plug one of the included HDMI cables from the HDMI Out on the Transmitter to your TV. I hope this helps.

Q: Is it possible to mount the receiver behind the tv such that it is out of site?

A: Yes, both the Transmitter and Receiver units can be wall mounted via the keyhole mounts on the bottom of each unit. The height of each unit is less than 40mm (4cm), so you would need to have at least this amount of clearance behind your TV. I hope this helps.

Q: Can I run two tv screens at once without any loss of picture quality

A: Absolutely you can - up to 3 Receivers can be connected to one Transmitter... so in total, you could actually watch Foxtel on 4 TVs - You can only watch the same channel that is being displayed from your Foxtel box on the main and additional TVs. I hope this helps.
