A: We only have these panels listed (at a heavily reduced price) for people that have the older Aeotec Micro modules - I don't really see any other purpose beyond that.

A: No - this product is designed to work with the older Aeotec lighting modules that are no longer in production.

Q: How do you setup 2 way switching with these touch panels (using 1 micro relay/switch)?
A: I am sorry to say two-way switching is not possible with this panel.

A: Hi Steve, no - this Touch Panel will only work with the older Aeotec Micro Smart modules.

Q: Are these compatible with the touch panel port on the Nano Aeotec dimmer (as opposed to the Micro)?
A: Hi James, These Touch Panels are not compatible with the newer Aeotec Nano modules. Aeon Labs are releasing new versions later this year that will be compatible. I hope this helps :)

A: This device does not switch a load - it is designed to work with the Aeotec Micro Relay / Dimmer - which is the device that switches the load.

Q: which part do i need with the switch to be able to control lights the micro relay, or the micro smart dimmer?
A: It depends, if you want simple on/off controll - the Relay is the best choice - if you would like to dim your lights, the dimmer is the best choice. I hope this helps :)
