Description

Stay in the know.

Keep an eye on your home even when away. The Aeotec Smart  Multipurpose Sensor (Works with SmartThings) recognises events such as an opened window or door, so you can stay informed – from anywhere.

Aeotec Smart Multipurpose Sensor
You can create scenes in the SmartThings app so your smart devices react whenever the sensor is triggered. Security, peace of mind and convenience are at the heart of this clever little sensor.

Simple install.

Using the supplied 3M double-sided tape, simply stick the main body and magnet to almost anything that opens and closes.

Secure doors and windows to protect your home. Monitor cupboards with sensitive contents. Attach to child stair-gates for extra peace of mind. And with a vibration sensor, you’ll know if it’s tampered with too.

Monitor.

Get alerts straight to your phone, tablet or smartwatch of any unusual activity at home with SmartThings Home Monitoring through the SmartThings app.

You can even have your smart home security settings enabled automatically whenever you leave the house using the geo-location function.

Bumps in the day...

or night.

Know about small events too with the built-in accelerometer that detects shakes and knocks both big and small.

Using the SmartThings app, the Smart Multipurpose Sensor lets you know the moment a vibration occurs, like a knock on the door or someone trying to force open a window, no matter where you are.
