Yes, but only always on or on when the lights are on (it cannot be on when the lights are off - unless it is wired so it is always on).
Yes it can - however it is not ideal - this is due to the sockets on the back of GPOs being moulded, therefore we do not have access to the individual sockets - so you could only control both sockets at the same time. It is better to use the Aeotec Smart Switch 6.
