Easy installation.

DoorBird is designed to be easily installed – by you – simply and quickly.
DoorBird supports 3 different installation methods…
doorbird-install-doorbell
Replace your existing doorbell
Remove your existing doorbell. You will then see at least two wires in your wall. Connect these two wires to the DoorBird to power it and mount it near to your door. Now wirelessly connect the DoorBird to your Internet router via Wi-Fi.
doorbird-install-plug
15V DC power supply

Don’t have an existing doorbell? No problem, you can power DoorBird with a 15V DC plug-pack power supply (not included) and run the low-voltage (DIY) wires to where you would like to mount DoorBird. Now connect the DoorBird to your router via Wi-Fi.

doorbird-install-poe
PoE (Power over Ethernet)
This solution takes a little more effort, but the results are well worth it. Run Cat 5/6 from your PoE router/switch to the location you would like to mount DoorBird – not only will this provide power, your video and audio streams will also be wired, rather than using Wi-Fi.
