What’s included with the installation?
Each installation includes:

- Connection to your Wi-Fi network.
- Configuration with Apple HomeKit, Google Home or Amazon Alexa.
- A walkthrough on how to use your new system.
Is my garage door motor compatible?
In 99% of cases, the answer to this question will be yes. However, we will confirm compatibility with you before booking installation - and if for some unforeseen reason your garage door is not compatible, we will refund your purchase in full.
How long does installation take?
Usually, installation and setup on your mobile phone take about an hour.
Do I need to be present during installation?
Yes, we will need someone from your household present during installation.
Do I need a Wi-Fi signal in my garage?
Yes. Our smart garage door controller relies on Wi-Fi to communicate. We will help you identify that you have good Wi-Fi coverage in your garage before we install. And if for any reason we find the Wi-Fi is lacking, we can help you fix it or offer a full refund.
What happens if my internet / Wi-Fi goes down?
You can still use your garage door as normal. Our Smart Garage Door controller does not interfere or stop your normal wireless remotes, push buttons or tother control methods from working.
Do you need to modify my garage door or motor in any way?
No. Installation is completelyÂ
Can this be installed on roller doors, tilt doors, or sectional doors?
Yes - the system is compatible with most garage door types, including roller, tilt and sectional doors.
We’ll confirm compatibility when you book.
Can I still use my exisiting wireless remote controls?
Yes. Our smart garage door control system does not interfere with your wireless remotes in any way.
Can multiple people use it?
Yes, you can chose who has access - as many or few people as you like.
Is it safe and secure?
Yes, our installation of a smart garage door controller does not override any of your exisiting safety features (IR beams, etc). We do not make any modifications to your garage door motor in any way and the system is secured by Apple, Google or Amazon. Best of all, the signal to open the garage door cannot be "hacked" like your wireless remote can.
What warranty is included?
We include a full 3 year replacement warranty. This covers faulty hardware or installation. It does not cover re-setting up the system if your Wi-Fi network changes for any reason (new equipment etc) - in this case, we can still help you, but we may need to charge a small fee.
