Try any product from SmartHome in your home or office risk free... If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for a refund. This is our Satisfaction Guarantee.

How to Return products under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are experiencing an issue with any product purchased from SmartHome, let us know - we are always here to help. When it comes to smart home products... we know our stuff.

If we are unable to resolve your issue - or perhaps a product has simply not lived up to your expectations, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) which will outline the return process. As soon as we receive your returned product back to us, we will arrange for a refund which will be deposited into your original payment method account (PayPal, Credit Card or Direct Deposit).

Please note that SmartHome will not be responsible for return delivery charges and any original delivery charges will not be refunded. Please also ensure that product packaging and manuals are intact and undamaged.

What we do with returned products.

We first thoroughly test the returned product to make sure it is in excellent condition and working as expected. Once we have confirmed that the product is in a good working condition, we offer the products for sale as refurbished stock. We do not sell returned products as new - ever.
