Q: Is zts500 compatible with brivis touch?

A: I am sorry to say no - it is only compatible with the older standard 24V systems - we do not have a solution for newer systems as they now use proprietary control systems.

Q: When you say that this product is compatible with any 'system driven by a standard 24V thermostat', how exactly would it interface with existing systems in a DIY manner?

A: It would replace your current 24V thermostat (usually has 5 coloured wires). If your thermostat only has 2 wires, then it is likely not to be 24V.

Q: Will this thermostat work with a Mitsubushi Heavy industry system in WA, AU ....

You might need more info please let me know if necessary.

If this does not work as such, do you have a recommended product that will work.

I will need 4 thermostats

A: Hi Joe, As long as the system is driven by a standard 24V thermostat, then it will work. You will need to check with the manufacturer/supplier to see if this is the case. I hope this helps :)

Q: Hi,
Is this compatible with the Brivix BX520 and will you get it back in stock?
Thanks Brad.

A: Hi, the Remotec Z-Wave Thermostat is compatible with any standard 24V system (you would need to check with Brivix to see if you can connect an industry standard 24V thermostat). We will have a new improved version of this thermostat before the end of the year.

From Edmond Borg on 21/07/2016

Q: Is this compatible with a Brivis Gas Ducted heating high efficiency unit. The current thermostat unit is a Brivis Netwrking Controller. Needs to be able to control multiple zones.

A: Unfortuantly this thermostat is not compatible with multi-zone systems. You may find Brivis have a solution that may allow us to control via Z-Wave (through a web api or similar).

I hope this helps.
