If you are experiencing an issue with any product purchased from SmartHome, let us know – we are always here to help. When it comes to smart home products… we know our stuff – and there is a good chance we will be able to help resolve the issue.
If we are unable to resolve your issue – or perhaps a product has simply not lived up to your expectations, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) which will outline the return process. As soon as we receive your returned product back to us, we will arrange for a refund which will be deposited into your original payment method account (PayPal, Credit Card or Direct Deposit).
Please note that SmartHome will not be responsible for return delivery charges and any original delivery charges will not be refunded. Please also ensure that the product, packaging and manuals are intact and undamaged.
