The Vision Z-Wave Wireless Siren and Strobe is fully compatible with Z-Wave Gateway Controllers and provides an audible and visual alarm based on your Z-Wave security settings and requirements - Allows for full operation with other Z-Wave enabled devices. Extends the range of existing Z-Wave devices in the mesh network by acting as a signal repeater.

Includes a very loud audible alarm (>105dB@1m) and LED strobe lighting. Powered with a 12V mains power supply and includes in-built backup power.

    Much smaller than I was expecting

    I was expecting this siren to be much larger. Smaller is not always better - I wanted this as my main z-wave security siren on the outside of my house - you can hardly see it and it does not offer a good visual deterrent. Ended up getting a standard bell box siren from jaycar and wiring into a z-wave module. Much better option if you are using this outside. The actual siren sound is loud enough, its just that the overall product is too small.
