The KP-700 does support door strike control - however we have not had feedback on this application from customers. My strong feeling is you can use the keypad to activate the door strike, but not the app.

The Chuango range is made in China - however we offer local warranty (3 years) and support. The main panel requires power (plug-pack include) and features battery backup. The batteries in the console are rechargeable and do not require replacement. The batteries in the security sensors generally last 4 - 5 years (all batteries are included). What happens when the 3G network is closed down around 2020?

However, if and when it is switched off - you would need to upgrade the security panel only - if the current panel is less than 3 years old, the upgrade will be free.
