I recently exchanged these as a replacement for the original Tri Sensor. I am pleased to say this version of the Tri Sensor is performing extremely well. Range is excellent and sensitivity is much improved. There are no issues with previously experienced jamming when triggered multiple times over a short period of time. I have closely monitored these since installing and am very impressed by their stability and responsiveness. Exceptional service from Brad and the team who replaced the original Tri Sensor as soon as this version was made available. Great company to deal with.

Got one for our garage for when we drive in at night or simply working in there and it’s amazingly sensitive. I’ve got it on a 1 minute timer because it picks up the slightest movement and we’ve never been left in the dark. Add this to a Aeotec Recessor and it’s beautiful.

I’ve integrated this sensor with my Home Assistant server using the OpenZWave add-in (the older built-in ZWave integration wasn’t working for this sensor).
I was initially having issues with this sensor not giving reliable updates, even though it reported it was getting a good signal. After moving the sensor to another location in the same room, performance has been reliable.
I like the ability to alter the sensitivity of the sensor, and the ability to change the LED colours is a bit of fun.
My main criticism is that the documentation is quite vague on how to place the TriSensor. It’s working where I’ve put it but I keep wondering whether I can put it somewhere better if I knew the limits to its scope. (The MultiSensor 6 documentation has diagrams of the range.)

installed this for a friend, the battery that came with the unit once installed lasted 2 weeks at the most then was constantly getting low battery alerts, brought a new battery for it and would only get a couple of days out of it..
had to change their setup to a spare Fibaro Z-Wave Motion Sensor i had and it has worked flawlessly ever since.
